Numbers 11 - King James Bible with Strong Numbers

H5971And when the peopleH596complained[H8693] H7451, it displeasedH241 H3068the LORDH3068: and the LORDH8085heard[H8799] H639it; and his angerH2734was kindled[H8799] H784; and the fireH3068of the LORDH1197burnt[H8799] H398among them, and consumed[H8799] H7097them that were in the uttermost partsH4264of the camp.

H5971And the peopleH6817cried[H8799] H4872unto MosesH4872; and when MosesH6419prayed[H8691] H3068unto the LORDH784, the fireH8257was quenched[H8799] .

H7121And he called[H8799] H8034the nameH1931of theH4725placeH8404TaberahH784: because the fireH3068of the LORDH1197burnt[H8804]  among them.

H628And the mixt multitudeH7130that was amongH183them fell a lusting[H8694] H8378 H1121: and the childrenH3478of IsraelH1058also wept[H8799] H7725again[H8799] H559, and said[H8799] H1320, Who shall give us fleshH398to eat[H8686] ?

H2142We remember[H8804] H1710the fishH398, which we did eat[H8799] H4714in EgyptH2600freelyH7180; the cucumbersH20, and the melonsH2682, and the leeksH1211, and the onionsH7762, and the garlick:

H5315But now our soulH3002is dried awayH1115: there is nothing at all, besideH4478this mannaH5869, before our eyes.

H4478And the mannaH1407was as corianderH2233seedH5869, and the colourH5869thereof as the colourH916of bdellium.

H5971And the peopleH7751went about[H8804] H3950, and gathered[H8804] H2912it, and ground[H8804] H7347it in millsH1743, or beat[H8804] H4085it in a mortarH1310, and baked[H8765] H6517it in pansH6213, and made[H8804] H5692cakesH2940of it: and the tasteH2940of it was as the tasteH3955of freshH8081oil.

H2919And when the dewH3381fell[H8800] H4264upon the campH3915in the nightH4478, the mannaH3381fell[H8799]  upon it.

H4872Then MosesH8085heard[H8799] H5971the peopleH1058weep[H8802] H4940throughout their familiesH376, every manH6607in the doorH168of his tentH639: and the angerH3068of the LORDH2734was kindled[H8799] H3966greatlyH4872; MosesH7489also was displeased[H8804] H5869 .

H4872And MosesH559said[H8799] H3068unto the LORDH7489, Wherefore hast thou afflicted[H8689] H5650thy servantH4672? and wherefore have I not found[H8804] H2580favourH5869in thy sightH7760, that thou layest[H8800] H4853the burdenH5971of all this people upon me?

H2029Have I conceived[H8804] H5971all this peopleH3205? have I begotten[H8804] H559them, that thou shouldest say[H8799] H5375unto me, Carry[H8798] H2436them in thy bosomH539, as a nursing father[H8802] H5375beareth[H8799] H3243the sucking child[H8802] H127, unto the landH7650which thou swarest[H8738] H1unto their fathers?

H370WhenceH1320should I have fleshH5414to give[H8800] H5971unto all this peopleH1058? for they weep[H8799] H559unto me, saying[H8800] H5414, Give[H8798] H1320us fleshH398, that we may eat[H8799] .

H3201I am not able[H8799] H5375to bear[H8800] H5971all this peopleH905aloneH3515, because it is too heavy for me.

H6213And if thou deal[H8802] H2026thus with me, kill[H8798] H2026me, I pray thee, out of hand[H8800] H4672, if I have found[H8804] H2580favourH5869in thy sightH7200; and let me not see[H8799] H7451my wretchedness.

H3068And the LORDH559said[H8799] H4872unto MosesH622, Gather[H8798] H7657unto me seventyH376menH2205of the eldersH3478of IsraelH3045, whom thou knowest[H8804] H2205to be the eldersH5971of the peopleH7860, and officers[H8802] H3947over them; and bring[H8804] H168them unto the tabernacleH4150of the congregationH3320, that they may stand[H8694]  there with thee.

H3381And I will come down[H8804] H1696and talk[H8765] H680with thee there: and I will take[H8804] H7307of the spiritH7760which is upon thee, and will put[H8804] H5375it upon them; and they shall bear[H8804] H4853the burdenH5971of the peopleH5375with thee, that thou bear[H8799]  it not thyself alone.

H559And say[H8799] H5971thou unto the peopleH6942, Sanctify[H8690] H4279yourselves against to morrowH398, and ye shall eat[H8804] H1320fleshH1058: for ye have wept[H8804] H241in the earsH3068of the LORDH559, saying[H8800] H1320, Who shall give us fleshH398to eat[H8686] H2895? for it was well[H8804] H4714with us in EgyptH3068: therefore the LORDH5414will give[H8804] H1320you fleshH398, and ye shall eat[H8804] .

H398Ye shall not eat[H8799] H259oneH3117dayH3117, nor two daysH2568, nor fiveH3117daysH6235, neither tenH3117daysH6242, nor twentyH3117days;

H2320But even a whole monthH3117 H3318, until it come out[H8799] H639at your nostrilsH2214, and it be loathsomeH3282unto you: becauseH3988that ye have despised[H8804] H3068the LORDH7130which is amongH1058you, and have wept[H8799] H6440beforeH559him, saying[H8800] H3318, Why came we forth[H8804] H4714out of Egypt?

H4872And MosesH559said[H8799] H5971, The peopleH7130, amongH8337whom I am, are sixH3967hundredH505thousandH7273footmenH559; and thou hast said[H8804] H5414, I will give[H8799] H1320them fleshH398, that they may eat[H8804] H3117a wholeH2320month.

H6629Shall the flocksH1241and the herdsH7819be slain[H8735] H4672for them, to suffice[H8804] H1709them? or shall all the fishH3220of the seaH622be gathered together[H8735] H4672for them, to suffice[H8804]  them?

H3068And the LORDH559said[H8799] H4872unto MosesH3068, Is the LORD'SH3027handH7114waxed short[H8799] H7200? thou shalt see[H8799] H1697now whether my wordH7136shall come to pass[H8799]  unto thee or not.

H4872And MosesH3318went out[H8799] H1696, and told[H8762] H5971the peopleH1697the wordsH3068of the LORDH622, and gathered[H8799] H7657the seventyH376menH2205of the eldersH5971of the peopleH5975, and set[H8686] H5439them round aboutH168the tabernacle.

H3068And the LORDH3381came down[H8799] H6051in a cloudH1696, and spake[H8762] H680unto him, and took[H8686] H7307of the spiritH5414that was upon him, and gave[H8799] H7657it unto the seventyH2205eldersH376 H7307: and it came to pass, that, when the spiritH5117rested[H8800] H5012upon them, they prophesied[H8691] H3254, and did not cease[H8804] .

H7604But there remained[H8735] H8147twoH582of the menH4264in the campH8034, the nameH259of the oneH419was EldadH8034, and the nameH8145of the otherH4312MedadH7307: and the spiritH5117rested[H8799] H3789upon them; and they were of them that were written[H8803] H3318, but went not out[H8804] H168unto the tabernacleH5012: and they prophesied[H8691] H4264in the camp.

H7323And there ran[H8799] H5288a young manH5046, and told[H8686] H4872MosesH559, and said[H8799] H419, EldadH4312and MedadH5012do prophesy[H8693] H4264in the camp.

H3091And JoshuaH1121the sonH5126of NunH8334, the servant[H8764] H4872of MosesH979, one of his young menH6030, answered[H8799] H559and said[H8799] H113, My lordH4872MosesH3607, forbid[H8798]  them.

H4872And MosesH559said[H8799] H7065unto him, Enviest[H8764] H5414thou for my sake? would God that all the[H8799] H3068LORD'SH5971peopleH5030were prophetsH3068, and that the LORDH5414would put[H8799] H7307his spirit upon them!

H4872And MosesH622gat[H8735] H4264him into the campH2205, he and the eldersH3478of Israel.

H5265And there went forth[H8804] H7307a windH3068from the LORDH1468, and brought[H8799] H7958quailsH3220from the seaH5203, and let them fall[H8799] H4264by the campH3117, as it were a day'sH1870journeyH3541on this sideH3117, and as it were a day'sH1870journeyH3541on the other sideH5439, round aboutH4264the campH520, and as it were two cubitsH6440high upon the faceH776of the earth.

H5971And the peopleH6965stood up[H8799] H3117all that dayH3915, and all that nightH4283, and all the nextH3117dayH622, and they gathered[H8799] H7958the quailsH4591: he that gathered least[H8688] H622gathered[H8804] H6235tenH2563homersH7849: and they spread[H8799] H7849them all abroad[H8800] H5439for themselves round aboutH4264the camp.

H1320And while the fleshH2962was yetH8127between their teethH3772, ere it was chewed[H8735] H639, the wrathH3068of the LORDH2734was kindled[H8804] H5971against the peopleH3068, and the LORDH5221smote[H8686] H5971the peopleH3966with a veryH7227greatH4347plague.

H7121And he called[H8799] H8034the nameH4725of that placeH6914KibrothhattaavahH6912: because there they buried[H8804] H5971the peopleH183that lusted[H8693] .

H5971And the peopleH5265journeyed[H8804] H6914from KibrothhattaavahH2698unto HazerothH2698; and abode at Hazeroth.
