³ H4725Every placeH3709that the soleH7272of your footH1869shall tread upon[H8799] H5414, that have I given[H8804] H1696unto you, as I said[H8765] H4872unto Moses.

¹⁴ H802Your wivesH2945, your little onesH4735, and your cattleH3427, shall remain[H8799] H776in the landH4872which MosesH5414gave[H8804] H5676you on this sideH3383JordanH5674; but ye shall pass[H8799] H6440beforeH251your brethrenH2571armedH1368, all the mightyH2428men of valourH5826, and help[H8804]  them;

¹⁵ H3068Until the LORDH5117have givenH251your brethrenH5117rest[H8686] H3423, as he hath given you, and they also have possessed[H8804] H776the landH3068which the LORDH430your GodH5414giveth[H8802] H7725them: then ye shall return[H8804] H776unto the landH3425of your possessionH3423, and enjoy[H8804] H4872it, which MosesH3068the LORD'SH5650servantH5414gave[H8804] H5676you on this sideH3383JordanH4217toward the sunrisingH8121 .

¹⁶ H6030And they answered[H8799] H3091JoshuaH559, saying[H8800] H6680, All that thou commandest[H8765] H6213us we will do[H8799] H834, and whithersoeverH7971thou sendest[H8799] H3212us, we will go[H8799] .

¹⁷ H8085According as we hearkened[H8804] H4872unto MosesH8085in all things, so will we hearken[H8799] H3068unto thee: only the LORDH430thy GodH4872be with thee, as he was with Moses.

¹⁸ H376WhosoeverH4784he be that doth rebel[H8686] H6310against thy commandmentH8085, and will not hearken[H8799] H1697unto thy wordsH6680in all that thou commandest[H8762] H4191him, he shall be put to death[H8714] H2388: only be strong[H8798] H553and of a good courage[H8798] .
