³ H175And AaronH6213did[H8799] H5927so; he lighted[H8689] H5216the lampsH4136thereof over againstH6440 H4501the candlestickH3068, as the LORDH6680commanded[H8765] H4872Moses.

⁴ H4639And this workH4501of the candlestickH4749was of beatenH2091goldH3409, unto the shaftH6525thereof, unto the flowersH4749thereof, was beaten workH4758: according unto the patternH3068which the LORDH7200had shewed[H8689] H4872MosesH6213, so he made[H8804] H4501the candlestick.

⁵ H3068And the LORDH1696spake[H8762] H4872unto MosesH559, saying[H8800] ,

⁶ H3947Take[H8798] H3881the LevitesH8432from amongH1121the childrenH3478of IsraelH2891, and cleanse[H8765]  them.

⁷ H6213And thus shalt thou do[H8799] H2891unto them, to cleanse[H8763] H5137them: Sprinkle[H8685] H4325waterH2403of purifyingH8593upon them, and let them shaveH5674 [H8689] H1320all their fleshH3526, and let them wash[H8765] H899their clothesH2891, and so make themselves clean[H8694] .

⁸ H3947Then let them take[H8804] H1121a youngH1241 H6499bullockH4503with his meat offeringH5560, even fine flourH1101mingled[H8803] H8081with oilH8145, and anotherH1121youngH1241 H6499bullockH3947shalt thou take[H8799] H2403for a sin offering.

¹¹ H175And AaronH5130shall offer[H8689] H3881the LevitesH6440beforeH3068the LORDH8573for an offeringH1121of the childrenH3478of IsraelH5647, that they may execute[H8800] H5656the serviceH3068of the LORD.

¹² H3881And the LevitesH5564shall lay[H8799] H3027their handsH7218upon the headsH6499of the bullocksH6213: and thou shalt offer[H8798] H259the oneH2403for a sin offeringH259, and the otherH5930for a burnt offeringH3068, unto the LORDH3722, to make an atonement[H8763] H3881for the Levites.

¹³ H5975And thou shalt set[H8689] H3881the LevitesH6440beforeH175AaronH6440, and beforeH1121his sonsH5130, and offer[H8689] H8573them for an offeringH3068unto the LORD.

¹⁴ H914Thus shalt thou separate[H8689] H3881the LevitesH8432from amongH1121the childrenH3478of IsraelH3881: and the Levites shall be mine.

¹⁸ H3947And I have taken[H8799] H3881the LevitesH1060for all the firstbornH1121of the childrenH3478of Israel.

¹⁹ H5414And I have given[H8799] H3881the LevitesH5414as a gift[H8803] H175to AaronH1121and to his sonsH8432from amongH1121the childrenH3478of IsraelH5647, to do[H8800] H5656the serviceH1121of the childrenH3478of IsraelH168in the tabernacleH4150of the congregationH3722, and to make an atonement[H8763] H1121for the childrenH3478of IsraelH5063: that there be no plagueH1121among the childrenH3478of IsraelH1121, when the childrenH3478of IsraelH5066come nigh[H8800] H6944unto the sanctuary.

²⁰ H4872And MosesH175, and AaronH5712, and all the congregationH1121of the childrenH3478of IsraelH6213, did[H8799] H3881to the LevitesH3068according unto all that the LORDH6680commanded[H8765] H4872MosesH3881concerning the LevitesH6213, so did[H8804] H1121the childrenH3478of Israel unto them.

²¹ H3881And the LevitesH2398were purified[H8691] H3526, and they washed[H8762] H899their clothesH175; and AaronH5130offered[H8686] H8573them as an offeringH6440beforeH3068the LORDH175; and AaronH3722made an atonement[H8762] H2891for them to cleanse[H8763]  them.

²² H310And afterH935that went[H8804] H3881the LevitesH5647in to do[H8800] H5656their serviceH168in the tabernacleH4150of the congregationH6440beforeH175AaronH6440, and beforeH1121his sonsH3068: as the LORDH6680had commanded[H8765] H4872MosesH3881concerning the LevitesH6213, so did[H8804]  they unto them.

²³ H3068And the LORDH1696spake[H8762] H4872unto MosesH559, saying[H8800] ,

²⁴ H3881This is it that belongeth unto the LevitesH6242: from twentyH2568and fiveH8141yearsH1121oldH4605and upwardH935they shall go in[H8799] H6633to wait[H8800] H6635 H5656upon the serviceH168of the tabernacleH4150of the congregation:

²⁵ H1121And from the ageH2572of fiftyH8141yearsH7725they shall cease[H8799] H6635waitingH5656upon the serviceH5647thereof, and shall serve[H8799]  no more:

²⁶ H8334But shall minister[H8765] H251with their brethrenH168in the tabernacleH4150of the congregationH8104, to keep[H8800] H4931the chargeH5647, and shall do[H8799] H5656no serviceH6213. Thus shalt thou do[H8799] H3881unto the LevitesH4931touching their charge.
