In Christ, God chose us before the world was made. God chose us in love to be his holy people {\cf2\super [4]} —people with no wrong in us before him.
Brothers and sisters, the Lord loves you. God chose you from the beginning to be saved. So we should always thank God for you. You are saved by the Spirit {\cf2\super [7]} making you holy {\cf2\super [8]} and by your faith (believing) in the truth.
The person that wins the victory will be a pillar {\cf2\super [28]} in the temple {\cf2\super [29]} of my God. I will do that for the person that wins the victory. That person will never again have to leave God’s temple. I will write the name of my God on that person. And I will write the name of the city of my God on that person.
