Psalm 23 - Easy To Read Version

¹ The Lord is my shepherd.\par I will always have everything I need. {\cf2\super [138]} \par

² He lets me lie down in green pastures.\par He leads me by calm pools of water.\par

³ He gives new strength to my soul\par for the good of his name.\par He leads me on paths of goodness, {\cf2\super [139]} \par to show he is truly good.\par

⁴ Even if I walk through a valley\par as dark as the grave, {\cf2\super [140]} \par I will not be afraid of any danger.\par Why? Because you are with me, Lord.\par Your rod and staff {\cf2\super [141]} comfort me.\par

⁵ Lord, you prepared my table\par in front of my enemies.\par You poured oil on my head. {\cf2\super [142]} \par My cup is full and spilling over.\par

⁶ Goodness and mercy will be with me the rest of my life.\par And I will sit in the Lord’s temple for a long, long time. {\cf2\super [143]} \par
