¹ Lord All-Powerful, your temple {\cf2\super [483]} \par is really lovely.\par

² Lord, I can’t wait to enter your temple.\par I'm so excited!\par Every part of me wants to be with\par the Living God.\par

³ Lord All-Powerful, my King, my God,\par even the birds have found a home\par in your temple.\par They make their nests near your altar.\par And there they have their babies.\par

⁴ People living at your temple\par are very fortunate.\par They are still praising you.\par \i (SELAH {\cf2\super [484]})\i0 \par

⁵ People coming to the temple\par with songs in their heart\par are very happy!\par

⁶ They travel through Baca Valley which God has made like a spring.\par Autumn rains form pools of water. {\cf2\super [485]} \par

⁷ The people travel from town to town, {\cf2\super [486]} \par on their way to Zion,\par where they will meet with God.\par

⁸ Lord God All-Powerful,\par listen to my prayer.\par God of Jacob, {\cf2\super [487]} listen to me.\par \i (SELAH {\cf2\super [488]})\i0 \par

⁹ God, protect our protector. {\cf2\super [489]} \par Be kind to your chosen king. {\cf2\super [490]} \par

¹⁰ One day in your temple is better\par than a thousand days in any other place.\par Standing at the gate of my God’s house\par is better than living in the house\par of a wicked man.\par

¹¹ The Lord is our protector and glorious king. {\cf2\super [491]} \par God blesses us with kindness and glory.\par The Lord gives every good thing\par to people who follow and obey him.\par

¹² Lord All-Powerful,\par people who trust you are truly happy!\par
