"In righteousnessyou will be established;You will be farfrom oppression,for you will not fear;And from terror,for it will not comenearyou.
Whenyou liedown,you will not be afraid;When you liedown,your sleepwill be sweet.
"Then I will restoreyour judgesas at the first,And your counselorsas at the beginning;Afterthat you will be calledthe cityof righteousness,A faithfulcity."
Zionwill be redeemedwith justiceAnd her repentantones with righteousness.
that you will takeup thistauntagainstthe kingof Babylon,and say,"Howthe oppressorhas ceased,[And how] furyhas ceased!
"Let the outcastsof Moabstaywith you; Be a hidingplaceto them from the destroyer."For the extortionerhas cometo an end,destructionhas ceased,Oppressorshave completely[disappeared] from the land.
And He will judgebetweenthe nations,And will renderdecisionsfor manypeoples;And they will hammertheir swordsinto plowsharesand their spearsinto pruninghooks.Nationwill not liftup swordagainstnation,And neveragainwill they learnwar.
"Openthe gates,that the righteousnationmay enter,The one that remainsfaithful.
And the workof righteousnesswill be peace,And the serviceof righteousness,quietnessand confidenceforever.
Your heartwill meditateon terror:"Whereis he who counts?Whereis he who weighs?Whereis he who countsthe towers?"
"They will sayof Me, 'Onlyin the LORDare righteousnessand strength.'Men will cometo Him, And allwho were angryat Him will be putto shame.
"I will feedyour oppressorswith their own flesh,And they will becomedrunkwith their own bloodas with sweetwine;And allfleshwill knowthat I, the LORD,am your SaviorAnd your Redeemer,the MightyOneof Jacob."
That you have forgottenthe LORDyour Maker,Who stretchedout the heavensAnd laidthe foundationsof the earth,That you fearcontinuallyalldaylong becauseof the furyof the oppressor,As he makesreadyto destroy?But whereis the furyof the oppressor?
Awake,awake,Clotheyourselfin your strength,O Zion;Clotheyourselfin your beautifulgarments,O Jerusalem,the holycity;For the uncircumcisedand the uncleanWill nolongercomeinto you.
"Fearnot, for you will not be putto shame;And do not feelhumiliated,for you will not be disgraced;But you will forgetthe shameof your youth,And the reproachof your widowhoodyou will remembernomore.
"Violencewill not be heardagainin your land,Nordevastationor destructionwithin your borders;But you will callyour wallssalvation,and your gatespraise.

I will rejoicegreatlyin the LORD,My soulwill exultin my God;For He has clothedme with garmentsof salvation,He has wrappedme with a robeof righteousness,As a bridegroomdeckshimself with a garland,And as a brideadornsherself with her jewels.
For Zion'ssakeI will not keepsilent,And for Jerusalem'ssakeI will not keepquiet,Untilher righteousnessgoesforthlike brightness,And her salvationlike a torchthat is burning.
For You shall breakthe yokeof their burdenand the staffon their shoulders,The rodof their oppressor,as at the battleof Midian.
Therewill be noendto the increaseof [His] governmentor of peace,On the throneof Davidand overhis kingdom,To establishit and to upholdit with justiceand righteousnessFrom thenon and forevermore.The zealof the LORDof hostswill accomplishthis.
Fearnot, O JacobMy servant,'declaresthe LORD,'And do not be dismayed,O Israel;For behold,I will saveyou from afarAnd your offspringfrom the landof their captivity.And Jacobwill returnand will be quietand at ease,And noonewill makehim afraid.
Their childrenalso will be as formerly,And their congregationshall be establishedbeforeMe; And I will punishalltheir oppressors.

Sowwith a view to righteousness,Reapin accordancewith kindness;Breakup your fallowground,For it is timeto seekthe LORDUntilHe comesto rainrighteousnesson you.
"Thussaysthe LORD,'I will returnto Zionand will dwellin the midstof Jerusalem.Then Jerusalemwill be calledthe Cityof Truth,and the mountainof the LORDof hosts[will be called] the HolyMountain.'
But I will camparound My housebecauseof an army,Becauseof him who passesby and returns;And nooppressorwill passoverthem anymore,For nowI have seenwith My eyes.
But accordingto His promisewe are lookingfor newheavensand a newearth,in whichrighteousnessdwells.
