Though youthsgrowwearyand tired,And vigorousyoungmenstumblebadly,
"I will feedyour oppressorswith their own flesh,And they will becomedrunkwith their own bloodas with sweetwine;And allfleshwill knowthat I, the LORD,am your SaviorAnd your Redeemer,the MightyOneof Jacob."
On thisaccountthe angerof the LORDhas burnedagainst His people,And He has stretchedout His handagainstthem and struckthem down.And the mountainsquaked,and their corpseslaylike refusein the middleof the streets.For allthisHis angeris not spent,But His handis stillstretchedout.
Rouseyourself!Rouseyourself!Arise,O Jerusalem,You whohave drunkfrom the LORD'Shandthe cupof His anger;The chaliceof reelingyou have drainedto the dregs.
Therefore,pleasehearthis,you afflicted,Who are drunk,but not with wine:
For behold,the LORDwill comein fireAnd His chariotslike the whirlwind,To renderHis angerwith fury,And His rebukewith flamesof fire.
They will passthrough the land hard-pressedand famished,and it will turnout that whenthey are hungry,they will be enragedand cursetheir kingand their Godas they faceupward.
"The peoplealso to whomthey are prophesyingwill be thrownout into the streetsof Jerusalembecauseof the famineand the sword;and therewill be nooneto burythem-- [neither] them, [nor] their wives,northeir sons,northeir daughters--for I will pourout their [own] wickednesson them.
IfI goout to the country,Behold,those slainwith the sword!Or ifI enterthe city,Behold,diseasesof famine!For bothprophetand priestHave gone rovingaboutin the landthat they do not know.'"

The LORDhas accomplishedHis wrath,He has pouredout His fierceanger;And He has kindleda firein ZionWhich has consumedits foundations.
The precioussonsof Zion,Weighedagainst finegold,Howthey are regardedas earthenjars,The workof a potter'shands!
Youngmenworkedat the grindingmill,And youthsstumbledunder [loads] of wood.
"I will also spreadMy netoverhim, and he will be caughtin My snare.And I will bringhim to Babylonin the landof the Chaldeans;yet he will not seeit, though he will diethere.
"I will spreadMy netoverhim, and he will be caughtin My snare.Then I will bringhim to Babylonand enterinto judgmentwith him there[regarding] the unfaithfulactwhichhe has committedagainst Me.
"So you will eatfatuntil you are glutted,and drinkblooduntil you are drunk,from My sacrificewhichI have sacrificedfor you.
the deer,the gazelle,the roebuck,the wildgoat,the ibex,the antelopeand the mountainsheep.
"The LORDwill sendupon you curses,confusion,and rebuke,in allyou undertaketo do,untilyou are destroyedand untilyou perishquickly,on accountof the evilof your deeds,becauseyou have forsakenMe.
he alsowill drinkof the wineof the wrathof God,which is mixedin full strengthin the cupof His anger;and he will be tormentedwith fireand brimstonein the presenceof the holyangelsand in the presenceof the Lamb.
