He laysthe beamsof His upperchambersin the waters;He makesthe cloudsHis chariot;He walksupon the wingsof the wind;
Let my meditationbe pleasingto Him; As for me, I shall be gladin the LORD.
He bowedthe heavensalso, and camedownWith thickdarknessunderHis feet.
