For יהוה shall build up Tsiyon, He shall appear in His esteem.


“The sons of Your servants continue, And their seed is established before You.”


For look, the sovereigns met, They passed by together.


His foundation is In the set-apart mountains.


And of Tsiyon it is said, “Each one was born in her; For the Most High Himself does establish her.”


The Name of יהוה is a strong tower; The righteous run into it and are safe.


But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, and shall decide with straightness for the meek ones of the earth, and shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, and slay the wrong with the breath of His lips.


“Cry aloud and shout, O inhabitant of Tsiyon, for great is the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl in your midst!”


For You shall be a refuge to the poor, a refuge to the needy in his distress, a shelter from the storm, a shade from the heat. For the spirit of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall.


Therefore thus said the Master יהוה, “See, I am laying in Tsiyon a stone for a foundation, a tried stone, a precious corner-stone, a settled foundation. He who trusts shall not hasten away.


And the meek ones shall increase their joy in יהוה, and the poor among men rejoice in the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl.


“For out of Yerushalayim comes forth a remnant, and those who escape from Mount Tsiyon – the ardour of יהוה of hosts does this.


And he heard concerning Tirhaqah sovereign of Kush, “He has come out to fight with you.” And when he heard it, he sent messengers to Ḥizqiyahu, saying,

“When you cry out, let your collection of idols deliver you. But the wind shall bear them all away, a breath take them. But he who takes refuge in Me shall inherit the land, and possess My set-apart mountain.”


“All around: eighteen thousand cubits. And the name of the city from that day is: יהוה is there!”


“But I shall leave in your midst an oppressed and poor people, and they shall trust in the Name of יהוה.


So it was broken on that day. And the poor of the flock, who were watching me, knew that it was the word of יהוה.


So I shepherded the flock meant for slaughter, the truly poor of the flock. And I took for myself two staffs, the one I called Pleasantness, and the other I called Unity, and I shepherded the flock.


And I also say to you that you are Kĕpha, and on this rock I shall build My assembly, and the gates of She’ol shall not overcome it.


for he was looking for the city having foundations, whose builder and maker is Elohim.


But you have drawn near to Mount Tsiyon and to the city of the living Elohim, to the heavenly Yerushalayim, to myriads of messengers,


Listen, my beloved brothers: Has Elohim not chosen the poor of this world, rich in belief and heirs of the reign which He promised to those who love Him?
