Wicked people will not win\par because they don’t follow your laws.\par
Listen to this all you nations.\par Listen to this all you people on earth.\par

You leaders in Jerusalem should listen to the Lord’s message. But now you refuse to listen to him.

People are stealing things and hurting other people. People are arguing and fighting. Why do you make me look at these terrible things?
