He is a tower of salvation for his king; he shows loyalty to his anointed, to David and his descendants for ever.
He is the one who will build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom for ever.
and so that the Lord will fulfil his promise that he made to me: “If your sons take care to walk faithfully before me with all their heart and all their soul, you will never fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.”
