Her princeswithinher are roaringlions,Her judgesare wolvesat evening;They leavenothingfor the morning.

"They seize[their] bowand javelin;They are crueland havenomercy.Their voiceroarslike the sea;And they rideon horses,Marshalledlike a manfor the battleAgainstyou, O daughterof Babylon.
"With the hoofsof his horseshe will trampleallyour streets.He will slayyour peoplewith the sword;and your strongpillarswill comedownto the ground.
He remembershis nobles;They stumblein their march,They hurryto her wall,And the manteletis setup.
