"They will dieof deadlydiseases,they will not be lamentedor buried;they will be as dungon the surfaceof the groundand cometo an endby swordand famine,and their carcasseswill becomefoodfor the birdsof the skyand for the beastsof the earth."
I will sendthe sword,the famineand the pestilenceupon them untilthey are destroyedfrom the landwhichI gaveto them and their forefathers.'"
Alas!for that dayis great,Thereis nonelikeit; And it is the timeof Jacob'sdistress,But he will be savedfrom it.
Therefore you should nowclearlyunderstandthat you will dieby the sword,by famineand by pestilence,in the placewhereyou wishto goto reside.

"As for you, sonof man,maketwowaysfor the swordof the kingof Babylonto come;bothof them will goout of oneland.And makea signpost;makeit at the headof the wayto the city.

Onethirdof you will dieby plagueor be consumedby famineamongyou, onethirdwill fallby the swordaroundyou, and onethirdI will scatterto everywind,and I will unsheathea swordbehindthem.
"Then they will knowthat I am the LORD;I have not saidin vainthat I would inflictthisdisasteron them."'
The timehas come,the dayhas arrived.Let not the buyerrejoicenorthe sellermourn;for wrathis againstalltheir multitude.
The swordis outsideand the plagueand the famineare within.He whois in the fieldwill dieby the sword;famineand the plaguewill also consumethose in the city.
