And the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night, saying: Ask what thou wilt that I should give thee.
Alleluia. I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; in the council of the just: and in the congregation.
And dost thou seek great things for thyself? Seek not: for, behold, I will bring evil upon all flesh, saith the Lord but I will give thee thy life and save thee in all places whithersoever thou shalt go.
AT that hour the disciples came to Jesus, saying: Who thinkest thou is the greater in the kingdom of heaven?

As they were hearing these things, he added and spoke a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately be manifested.

They therefore who were come together, asked him, saying: Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?

Therefore, if you be risen with Christ, seek the things that are above; where Christ is sitting at the right hand of God:
