The LORD has sworn to David in truth. He will not turn from it: *I will set the fruit of your body on your throne.
If your children will keep my covenant, my testimony that I will teach them, their children also will sit on your throne forevermore.*
A throne will be established in loving kindness. One will sit on it in truth, in the tent of David, judging, seeking justice, and swift to do righteousness.
then shall there enter in by the gates of this city kings and princes sitting on the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their princes, the men of Yehudah, and the inhabitants of Yerushalayim; and this city shall remain forever.

The angel answered her, *The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Elyon will overshadow you. Therefore also the holy one who is born from you will be called the Son of God.
And you, child, will be called a prophet of the Elyon, for you will go before the face of the Lord to make ready his ways,
