So the church fasted {\cf2\super [247]} and prayed. They put their hands on {\cf2\super [248]} Barnabas and Saul and sent them out.
But the followers \{of Jesus in Antioch\} were happy and full of the Holy Spirit. {\cf2\super [281]}

After the believers prayed, the place where they were meeting shook. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, {\cf2\super [79]} and they continued to speak God’s message {\cf2\super [80]} without fear.
Then they put these men before the apostles. {\cf2\super [112]} The apostles prayed and put their hands on {\cf2\super [113]} the men.
The two apostles put their hands on {\cf2\super [165]} the people. Then the people received the Holy Spirit.
Immediately, something that looked like fish scales fell off Saul’s eyes. Saul was able to see again! Saul got up and was baptized. {\cf2\super [192]}
Christ accepted you. So you should accept each other. This will bring glory to God.
The first man came from the dust of the earth. The second man (Christ) came from heaven.
Last of all, Christ showed himself to me. \{I was different,\} like a baby that is born before the normal time.
I am a free man! I am an apostle {\cf2\super [52]} ! I have seen Jesus our Lord! You people are \{an example of\} my work in the Lord.
Remember to use the gift that you have. That gift was given to you through a prophecy {\cf2\super [19]} when the group of elders {\cf2\super [20]} put their hands on {\cf2\super [21]} you.
Think carefully before you put your hands on {\cf2\super [32]} any person, \{making him an elder\}. Don’t share in the sins of other people. Keep yourself pure.
That is why I want you to remember the gift God gave you. God gave you that gift when I put my hands on {\cf2\super [3]} you. Now I want you to use that gift and let it grow more and more, like a small flame grows into a fire.
At that time we were taught about baptisms, {\cf2\super [44]} and about the special act of a person putting his hands on people. {\cf2\super [45]} We were taught about people rising from death and about the judgment that will continue forever. Remember that we are saved because our Lord is patient. Our dear brother Paul told you that same thing when he wrote to you with the wisdom that God gave him.
