They will rebuild the ancient ruins; they will restore the former devastations; they will renew the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations.
People will build houses and live in them; they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.
After I have uprooted them, I will once again have compassion on them and return each one to his inheritance and to his land.
but rather, “As the Lord lives who brought the Israelites from the land of the north and from all the other lands where he had banished them.” For I will return them to their land that I gave to their ancestors.

The coastland will belong to the remnant of the house of Judah; they will find pasture there. They will lie down in the evening among the houses of Ashkelon, for the Lord their God will return to them and restore their fortunes.
