"Violencewill not be heardagainin your land,Nordevastationor destructionwithin your borders;But you will callyour wallssalvation,and your gatespraise.
"I will also appointa placefor My peopleIsraeland will plantthem, that they may livein their own placeand not be disturbedagain,norwill the wickedafflictthem anymoreas formerly,
He makespeacein your borders;He satisfiesyou with the finestof the wheat.
They will not hurtor destroyin allMy holymountain,For the earthwill be fullof the knowledgeof the LORDAs the waterscoverthe sea.
And He will judgebetweenthe nations,And will renderdecisionsfor manypeoples;And they will hammertheir swordsinto plowsharesand their spearsinto pruninghooks.Nationwill not liftup swordagainstnation,And neveragainwill they learnwar.
In that daythissongwill be sungin the landof Judah:"We have a strongcity;He setsup wallsand rampartsfor security.
"Openthe gates,that the righteousnationmay enter,The one that remainsfaithful.
Thesetwothingshave befallenyou; Whowill mournfor you? The devastationand destruction,famineand sword;Howshall I comfortyou?
"In righteousnessyou will be established;You will be farfrom oppression,for you will not fear;And from terror,for it will not comenearyou.
To them I will givein My houseand within My wallsa memorial,And a namebetterthanthat of sonsand daughters;I will givethem an everlastingnamewhichwill not be cutoff.
"Your gateswill be opencontinually;They will not be closeddayor night,So that [men] may bringto you the wealthof the nations,With their kingsledin procession.
"Insteadof bronzeI will bringgold,And insteadof ironI will bringsilver,And insteadof wood,bronze,And insteadof stones,iron.And I will makepeaceyour administratorsAnd righteousnessyour overseers.
For as the earthbringsforthits sprouts,And as a gardencauses the thingssownin it to springup, Sothe LordGODwill cause righteousnessand praiseTo springup beforeallthe nations.
Gothrough,gothroughthe gates,Clearthe wayfor the people;Buildup, buildup the highway,Removethe stones,liftup a standardoverthe peoples.
It will nolongerbe saidto you, "Forsaken,"Norto your landwill it anylongerbe said,"Desolate";But you will be called,"My delightis in her," And your land,"Married";For the LORDdelightsin you, And [to Him] your landwill be married.
And giveHim norestuntilHe establishesAnd makesJerusalema praisein the earth.
He measuredit on the foursides;it had a wallallaround,the lengthfivehundredand the widthfivehundred,to dividebetweenthe holyand the profane.
And He will judgebetweenmanypeoplesAnd renderdecisionsfor mighty,distantnations.Then they will hammertheir swordsinto plowsharesAnd their spearsinto pruninghooks;Nationwill not liftup swordagainstnation,And neveragainwill they trainfor war.
"Behold,I am going to dealat that timeWith allyour oppressors,I will savethe lameAnd gatherthe outcast,And I will turntheir shameinto praiseand renownIn allthe earth.
For I,' declaresthe LORD,will be a wallof firearoundher, and I will be the gloryin her midst.'"
"For behold,I will waveMy handoverthem so that they will be plunderfor their slaves.Then you will knowthat the LORDof hostshas sentMe.
But I will camparound My housebecauseof an army,Becauseof him who passesby and returns;And nooppressorwill passoverthem anymore,For nowI have seenwith My eyes.
