"Thenyou will call,and the LORDwill answer;You will cry,and He will say,'HereI am.' Ifyou removethe yokefrom your midst,The pointingof the fingerand speakingwickedness,
Then he cameto his fatherand said,"My father."And he said,"HereI am. Whoare you, my son?"
"You will prayto Him, and He will hearyou; And you will payyour vows.
From [my] distressI calledupon the LORD;The LORDansweredme [and] [set me] in a largeplace.
They speakfalsehoodto oneanother;With flatteringlipsand with a doubleheartthey speak.
The LORDis nearto allwho callupon Him, To allwhocallupon Him in truth.
NowI knowthat the LORDsavesHis anointed;He will answerhim from His holyheavenWith the savingstrengthof His righthand.
Delightyourself in the LORD;And He will giveyou the desiresof your heart.
Callupon Me in the dayof trouble;I shall rescueyou, and you will honorMe."
"He will callupon Me, and I will answerhim; I will be with him in trouble;I will rescuehim and honorhim.
Who winkswith his eyes,who signalswith his feet,Who pointswith his fingers;
"So when you spreadout your hands[in prayer], I will hideMy eyesfrom you; Yes,eventhoughyou multiplyprayers,I will not listen.Your handsare coveredwith blood.
O peoplein Zion,inhabitantin Jerusalem,you will weepnolonger.He will surelybe graciousto you at the soundof your cry;when He hearsit, He will answeryou.
Seekthe LORDwhile He may be found;Callupon Him while He is near.
"Againstwhomdo you jest?Againstwhomdo you openwideyour mouthAnd stickout your tongue?Are you not childrenof rebellion,Offspringof deceit,
"Is thisnot the fastwhich I choose,To loosenthe bondsof wickedness,To undothe bandsof the yoke,And to letthe oppressedgofreeAnd breakeveryyoke?
Behold,the LORD'Shandis not soshortThat it cannotsave;Noris His earsodullThat it cannothear.
Transgressingand denyingthe LORD,And turningawayfrom our God,Speakingoppressionand revolt,Conceiving[in] and utteringfrom the heartlyingwords.
"It will also cometo passthat beforethey call,I will answer;and while they are stillspeaking,I will hear.
You drewnearwhenI calledon You; You said,"Do not fear!"
Therefore,thussaysthe LordGOD,"Becauseyou have spokenfalsehoodand seena lie,thereforebehold,I am againstyou," declaresthe LordGOD.
Now whileI was speakingand praying,and confessingmy sinand the sinof my peopleIsrael,and presentingmy supplicationbeforethe LORDmy Godin behalfof the holymountainof my God,
oranythingabout whichhe sworefalsely;he shall makerestitutionfor it in fulland addto it one-fifthmore.He shall giveit to the one to whomit belongs on the day[he presents] his guiltoffering.
For the teraphimspeakiniquity,And the divinersseelyingvisionsAnd tellfalse~dreams;They comfortin vain.Therefore[the people] wanderlikesheep,They are afflicted,becausethereis noshepherd.
"And I will bringthe thirdpartthrough the fire,Refinethem as silveris refined,And testthem as goldis tested.They will callon My name,And I will answerthem; I will say,They are My people,'And they will say,'The LORDis my God.'"
