Awake,drunkards,and weep;And wail,allyou winedrinkers,On accountof the sweetwineThat is cutofffrom your mouth.
It has mademy vinea wasteAnd my figtreesplinters.It has strippedthem bareand cast[them] away;Their brancheshave becomewhite.
Thoughthe figtreeshould not blossomAnd therebe nofruiton the vines,[Though] the yieldof the oliveshould failAnd the fieldsproducenofood,Though the flockshould be cutofffrom the foldAnd therebe nocattlein the stalls,
