Yetshe became an exile,She wentinto captivity;Alsoher small childrenwere dashedto piecesAt the headof everystreet;They castlotsfor her honorablemen, And allher greatmenwere boundwith fetters.
"You also,O Ethiopians,will be slainby My sword."
So HanuntookDavid'sservantsand shavedthem and cutofftheir garmentsin the middleas faras their hips,and sentthem away.
Yet He alsois wiseand will bringdisasterAnd does not retractHis words,But will ariseagainstthe houseof evildoersAnd againstthe helpof the workersof iniquity.
