² H5608And that thou mayest tell[H8762] H241in the earsH1121of thy sonH1121, and of thy son'sH1121sonH5953, what things I have wrought[H8694] H4714in EgyptH226, and my signsH7760which I have done[H8804] H3045among them; that ye may know[H8804] H3068how that I am the LORD.

³ H4872And MosesH175and AaronH935came in[H8799] H6547unto PharaohH559, and said[H8799] H559unto him, Thus saith[H8804] H3068the LORDH430GodH5680of the HebrewsH4970, How longH3985wilt thou refuse[H8765] H6031to humble[H8736] H6440thyself beforeH5971me? let my peopleH7971go[H8761] H5647, that they may serve[H8799]  me.

⁴ H3588ElseH3986, if thou refuseH5971to let my peopleH7971go[H8763] H4279, behold, to morrowH935will I bring[H8688] H697the locustsH1366into thy coast:

⁵ H3680And they shall cover[H8765] H5869the faceH776of the earthH3201, that one cannot be able[H8799] H7200to see[H8800] H776the earthH398: and they shall eat[H8804] H3499the residueH6413of that which is escapedH7604, which remaineth[H8737] H1259unto you from the hailH398, and shall eat[H8804] H6086every treeH6779which groweth[H8802] H7704for you out of the field:

⁶ H4390And they shall fill[H8804] H1004thy housesH1004, and the housesH5650of all thy servantsH1004, and the housesH4714of all the EgyptiansH1; which neither thy fathersH1, nor thy fathersH1' fathersH7200have seen[H8804] H3117, since the dayH127that they were upon the earthH3117unto this dayH6437. And he turned[H8799] H3318himself, and went out[H8799] H6547from Pharaoh.

⁷ H6547And Pharaoh'sH5650servantsH559said[H8799] H4170unto him, How long shall this man be a snareH582unto us? let the menH7971go[H8761] H5647, that they may serve[H8799] H3068the LORDH430their GodH3045: knowest[H8799] H2962thou not yetH4714that EgyptH6is destroyed[H8804] ?

⁸ H4872And MosesH175and AaronH7725were brought again[H8714] H6547unto PharaohH559: and he said[H8799] H3212unto them, Go[H8798] H5647, serve[H8798] H3068the LORDH430your GodH1980: but who are they that shall go[H8802] ?

⁹ H4872And MosesH559said[H8799] H3212, We will go[H8799] H5288with our youngH2205and with our oldH1121, with our sonsH1323and with our daughtersH6629, with our flocksH1241and with our herdsH3212will we go[H8799] H2282; for we must hold a feastH3068unto the LORD.

¹⁰ H559And he said[H8799] H3068unto them, Let the LORDH7971be so with you, as I will let you go[H8762] H2945, and your little onesH7200: look[H8798] H7451to it; for evilH6440is before you.

¹¹ H3212Not so: go[H8798] H1397now ye that are menH5647, and serve[H8798] H3068the LORDH1245; for that ye did desire[H8764] H1644. And they were driven out[H8762] H6547from Pharaoh'sH6440presence.

¹² H3068And the LORDH559said[H8799] H4872unto MosesH5186, Stretch out[H8798] H3027thine handH776over the landH4714of EgyptH697for the locustsH5927, that they may come up[H8799] H776upon the landH4714of EgyptH398, and eat[H8799] H6212every herbH776of the landH1259, even all that the hailH7604hath left[H8689] .

¹³ H4872And MosesH5186stretched forth[H8799] H4294his rodH776over the landH4714of EgyptH3068, and the LORDH5090brought[H8765] H6921an eastH7307windH776upon the landH3117all that dayH3915, and all that nightH1242; and when it was morningH6921, the eastH7307windH5375brought[H8804] H697the locusts.

¹⁴ H697And the locustsH5927went up[H8799] H776over all the landH4714of EgyptH5117, and rested[H8799] H1366in all the coastsH4714of EgyptH3966: veryH3515grievousH6440were they; beforeH3651them there were no suchH697locustsH310as they, neither after them shall be such.

¹⁵ H3680For they covered[H8762] H5869the faceH776of the whole earthH776, so that the landH2821was darkened[H8799] H398; and they did eat[H8799] H6212every herbH776of the landH6529, and all the fruitH6086of the treesH1259which the hailH3498had left[H8689] H3498: and there remained[H8738] H3418not any green thingH6086in the treesH6212, or in the herbsH7704of the fieldH776, through all the landH4714of Egypt.

¹⁶ H6547Then PharaohH7121called[H8800] H4872for MosesH175and AaronH4116in haste[H8762] H559; and he said[H8799] H2398, I have sinned[H8804] H3068against the LORDH430your God, and against you.

¹⁷ H5375Now therefore forgive[H8798] H2403, I pray thee, my sinH6471only this onceH6279, and intreat[H8685] H3068the LORDH430your GodH5493, that he may take away[H8686] H4194from me this death only.

¹⁸ H3318And he went out[H8799] H6547from PharaohH6279, and intreated[H8799] H3068the LORD.

¹⁹ H3068And the LORDH2015turned[H8799] H3966a mightyH2389strongH3220westH7307windH5375, which took away[H8799] H697the locustsH8628, and cast[H8799] H5488them into the RedH3220seaH7604; there remained[H8738] H259not oneH697locustH1366in all the coastsH4714of Egypt.

²⁰ H3068But the LORDH2388hardened[H8762] H6547Pharaoh'sH3820heartH1121, so that he would not let the childrenH3478of IsraelH7971go[H8765] .

²¹ H3068And the LORDH559said[H8799] H4872unto MosesH5186, Stretch out[H8798] H3027thine handH8064toward heavenH2822, that there may be darknessH776over the landH4714of EgyptH2822, even darknessH4959which may be felt[H8686] .

²² H4872And MosesH5186stretched forth[H8799] H3027his handH8064toward heavenH653; and there was a thickH2822darknessH776in all the landH4714of EgyptH7969threeH3117days:

²³ H7200They saw[H8804] H376not oneH251anotherH6965, neither rose[H8804] H376anyH7969from his place for threeH3117daysH1121: but all the childrenH3478of IsraelH216had lightH4186in their dwellings.

²⁴ H6547And PharaohH7121called[H8799] H4872unto MosesH559, and said[H8799] H3212, Go[H8798] H5647ye, serve[H8798] H3068the LORDH6629; only let your flocksH1241and your herdsH3322be stayed[H8714] H2945: let your little onesH3212also go[H8799]  with you.

²⁵ H4872And MosesH559said[H8799] H5414, Thou must give[H8799] H3027usH2077also sacrificesH5930and burnt offeringsH6213, that we may sacrifice[H8804] H3068unto the LORDH430our God.

²⁶ H4735Our cattleH3212also shall go[H8799] H6541with us; there shall not an hoofH7604be left behind[H8735] H3947; for thereof must we take[H8799] H5647to serve[H8800] H3068the LORDH430our GodH3045; and we know[H8799] H5647not with what we must serve[H8799] H3068the LORDH935, until we come[H8800]  thither.

²⁷ H3068But the LORDH2388hardened[H8762] H6547Pharaoh'sH3820heartH14, and he would[H8804] H7971not let them go[H8763] .

²⁸ H6547And PharaohH559said[H8799] H3212unto him, Get[H8798] H8104thee from me, take heed[H8734] H7200to thyself, see[H8800] H6440my faceH3254no more[H8686] H3117; for in that dayH7200thou seest[H8800] H6440my faceH4191thou shalt die[H8799] .

²⁹ H4872And MosesH559said[H8799] H1696, Thou hast spoken[H8765] H3651wellH7200, I will see[H8800] H6440thy faceH3254again[H8686]  no more.
