In the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, while I was among the exiles by the Chebar Canal, the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God.

While they were perplexed about this, suddenly two men stood by them in dazzling clothes.
When all the people were baptised, Jesus also was baptised. As he was praying, heaven opened,

‘Truly I tell you, when you were younger, you would tie your belt and walk wherever you wanted. But when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands and someone else will tie you and carry you where you don’t want to go.’
Jesus replied, ‘Truly I tell you, unless someone is born again, , he cannot see the kingdom of God.’
Jesus answered, ‘Truly I tell you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
Jesus replied, ‘Truly I tell you, the Son is not able to do anything on his own, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, the Son likewise does these things.
And he has granted him the right to pass judgement, because he is the Son of Man.
Jesus answered, ‘Truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate the loaves and were filled.
Jesus said to them, ‘Truly I tell you, Moses didn’t give you the bread from heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven.
So Jesus said to them, ‘Truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life in yourselves.
Jesus responded, ‘Truly I tell you, everyone who commits sin is a slave of sin.
He saw heaven opened and an object that resembled a large sheet coming down, being lowered by its four corners to the earth.
He said, ‘Look, I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God! ’
and to give relief to you who are afflicted, along with us. This will take place at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with his powerful angels,
They will pay the penalty of eternal destruction from the Lord’s presence and from his glorious strength
And most certainly, the mystery of godliness is great: He was manifested in the flesh, vindicated in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.
Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve those who are going to inherit salvation?
