"They will be as mightymen,Treadingdown[the enemy] in the mireof the streetsin battle;And they will fight,for the LORD[will be] with them; And the riderson horseswill be putto shame.
I will overthrowthe thronesof kingdomsand destroythe powerof the kingdomsof the nations;and I will overthrowthe chariotsand their riders,and the horsesand their riderswill godown,everyoneby the swordof another.'
"In that daythe LORDwill defendthe inhabitantsof Jerusalem,and the one who is feebleamong them in that daywill be like David,and the houseof David[will be] like God,like the angelof the LORDbeforethem.
For I will bendJudahas My bow,I will fillthe bowwith Ephraim.And I will stirup your sons,O Zion,againstyour sons,O Greece;And I will makeyou like a warrior'ssword.
Some[boast] in chariotsand somein horses,But we will boastin the nameof the LORD,our God.
I have foughtthe goodfight,I have finishedthe course,I have keptthe faith;
for the weaponsof our warfareare not of the flesh,but divinelypowerfulfor the destructionof fortresses.
"Moseswas educatedin allthe learningof the Egyptians,and he was a man of powerin wordsand deeds.
And He saidto them, "What things?"And they saidto Him, "The things aboutJesusthe Nazarene,whowas a prophetmightyin deedand wordin the sightof Godand allthe people,
And the temptercameand saidto Him, "IfYou are the Sonof God,commandthat thesestonesbecomebread."
It will comeabout in that daythat a greatpanicfrom the LORDwill fallon them; and they will seizeoneanother'shand,and the handof one will be liftedagainstthe handof another.
Then the LORDwill goforthand fightagainst thosenations,as whenHe fightson a dayof battle.
"In that day,"declaresthe LORD,"I will strikeeveryhorsewith bewildermentand his riderwith madness.But I will watchoverthe houseof Judah,while I strikeeveryhorseof the peopleswith blindness.
Then my enemywill see,And shamewill coverher who saidto me, "Whereis the LORDyour God?"My eyeswill lookon her; At that timeshe will be trampleddownLike mireof the streets.
"He who graspsthe bowwill not stand[his ground], The swiftof footwill not escape,Norwill he who ridesthe horsesavehis life.
"You will comefrom your placeout of the remotepartsof the north,you and manypeopleswith you, allof them ridingon horses,a greatassemblyand a mightyarmy;
"You will seekthosewhoquarrelwith you, but will not findthem, Thosewhowarwith you will be as nothingand non-existent.
For the handof the LORDwill reston thismountain,And Moabwill be troddendownin his placeAs strawis troddendownin the waterof a manurepile.
I sendit against a godlessnationAnd commissionit againstthe peopleof My furyTo capturebootyand to seizeplunder,And to tramplethem downlike mudin the streets.
"Be broken,O peoples,and be shattered;And giveear,allremoteplacesof the earth.Girdyourselves, yet be shattered;Girdyourselves, yet be shattered.
GirdYour swordon [Your] thigh,O MightyOne,[In] Your splendorand Your majesty!
The kingis not savedby a mightyarmy;A warrioris not deliveredby greatstrength.
Then I beatthem fineas the dustbeforethe wind;I emptiedthem out as the mireof the streets.
"Then I pulverizedthem as the dustof the earth;I crushed[and] stampedthem as the mireof the streets.
"Then the earthshookand quaked,The foundationsof heavenwere tremblingAnd were shaken,becauseHe was angry.
Then oneof the youngmensaid,"Behold,I have seena sonof Jessethe Bethlehemitewho is a skillfulmusician,a mightymanof valor,a warrior,one prudentin speech,and a handsomeman;and the LORDis with him."
Joshuacapturedallthesekingsand their landsat onetime,becausethe LORD,the Godof Israel,foughtfor Israel.
There was nodaylike that beforeit or afterit, when the LORDlistenedto the voiceof a man;for the LORDfoughtfor Israel.
"Whenyou goout to battleagainstyour enemiesand seehorsesand chariots[and] peoplemorenumerousthanyou, do not be afraidof them; for the LORDyour God,whobroughtyou up from the landof Egypt,is with you.
ThenI sawan angelstandingin the sun,and he criedout with a loudvoice,sayingto allthe birdswhich flyin midheaven,"Come,assemblefor the greatsupperof God,
But the Lordstoodwith me and strengthenedme, sothat throughme the proclamationmight be fully accomplished,and that allthe Gentilesmight hear;and I was rescuedout of the lion'smouth.

teachingthem to observeallthat I commandedyou; and lo,I amwith you always,evento the endof the age."
Through You we will pushbackour adversaries;Through Your namewe will trampledownthose who riseup against us.

He said,"Throwher down."So they threwher down,and someof her bloodwas sprinkledon the walland on the horses,and he trampledher under foot.
Woeto those who godownto Egyptfor help[And] relyon horses,And trustin chariotsbecausethey are manyAnd in horsemenbecausethey are verystrong,But they do not lookto the HolyOneof Israel,norseekthe LORD!
