"Adornyourselfwith eminenceand dignity,And clotheyourselfwith honorand majesty.
The LORDhas establishedHis thronein the heavens,And His sovereigntyrulesover all.

Also righteousnesswill be the beltabout His loins,And faithfulnessthe beltabout His waist.
"It is I who madethe earth,and createdmanupon it. I stretchedout the heavenswith My handsAnd I ordainedalltheir host.
For thussaysthe LORD,who createdthe heavens(He is the Godwho formedthe earthand madeit, He establishedit [and] did not createit a wasteplace,[but] formedit to be inhabited),"I am the LORD,and thereis noneelse.

He puton righteousnesslike a breastplate,And a helmetof salvationon His head;And He puton garmentsof vengeancefor clothingAnd wrappedHimself with zealas a mantle.
Whois thiswho comesfrom Edom,With garmentsof glowingcolorsfrom Bozrah,ThisOnewho is majesticin His apparel,Marchingin the greatnessof His strength?"It is I who speakin righteousness,mightyto save."

But of the Son[He says], "YOUR THRONE,O GOD,IS FOREVERAND EVER,AND THE RIGHTEOUSSCEPTERIS THE SCEPTEROF HIS KINGDOM.
ThenI heard[something] likethe voiceof a greatmultitudeand likethe soundof manywatersand likethe soundof mightypeals of thunder,saying,"Hallelujah!For the Lordour God,the Almighty,reigns.
