I said,"I beseechYou, O LORDGodof heaven,the greatand awesomeGod,who preservesthe covenantand lovingkindnessfor those who loveHim and keepHis commandments,
"Out of the northcomesgolden[splendor]; AroundGodis awesomemajesty.
Ascribeto the LORD,O sonsof the mighty,Ascribeto the LORDgloryand strength.
The LORDwill givestrengthto His people;The LORDwill blessHis peoplewith peace.
And in Your majestyrideon victoriously,For the causeof truthand meekness[and] righteousness;Let Your righthandteachYou awesomethings.
For the LORDMostHighis to be feared,A greatKingoverallthe earth.
By awesome[deeds] You answerus in righteousness,O Godof our salvation,You whoare the trustof allthe endsof the earthand of the farthestsea;
Blessedbe God,Whohas not turnedawaymy prayerNorHis lovingkindnessfrom me.
Comeand seethe worksof God,[Who is] awesomein [His] deedstowardthe sonsof men.
He will cutoffthe spiritof princes;He is fearedby the kingsof the earth.
ThenMosesand the sonsof Israelsangthissongto the LORD,and said,"I will singto the LORD,for He is highlyexalted;The horseand its riderHe has hurledinto the sea.
He givesstrengthto the weary,And to [him who] lacksmightHe increasespower.
Yet those who waitfor the LORDWill gainnewstrength;They will mountup [with] wingslike eagles,They will runand not gettired,They will walkand not becomeweary.
"Declareand setforth[your case]; Indeed,let them consulttogether.Whohas announcedthisfrom of old?Who has longsincedeclaredit? Is it not I, the LORD?And thereis nootherGodbesidesMe, A righteousGodand a Savior;Thereis noneexceptMe.
"And I will strengthenthem in the LORD,And in His namethey will walk,"declaresthe LORD.
that He would grantyou, accordingto the richesof His glory,to be strengthenedwith powerthroughHis Spiritin the innerman,
"Your lockswill be ironand bronze,And according to your days,so will your leisurelywalkbe.
"Thereis nonelike the Godof Jeshurun,Who ridesthe heavensto your help,And through the skiesin His majesty.
I can doall thingsthroughHim who strengthensme.
