Manin [his] pomp,yet withoutunderstanding,Is likethe beaststhat perish.
But I, O LORD,have criedout to You for help,And in the morningmy prayercomesbeforeYou.
You have putme in the lowestpit,In darkplaces,in the depths.
Indeed,ifa manshould livemanyyears,let him rejoicein them all,and let him rememberthe daysof darkness,for they will be many.Everythingthat is to come[will be] futility.
Whateveryour handfindsto do,do[it] with [all] your might;for thereis noactivityor planningor knowledgeor wisdomin Sheolwhereyou are going.
