he candeal gentlywith the ignorantand misguided,sincehe himselfalsois besetwith weakness;

but I have prayedfor you, that your faithmay not fail;and you, when onceyou have turned again,strengthenyour brothers."
IfI haveto boast,I will boastof what pertains to my weakness.
On behalfof such a manI will boast;but on my ownbehalfI will not boast,exceptin regard to [my] weaknesses.
but you knowthat it was becauseof a bodilyillnessthat I preached the gospelto you the first time;
beingdarkenedin their understanding,excludedfrom the lifeof Godbecauseof the ignorancethat is in them, becauseof the hardnessof their heart;
even though I was formerlya blasphemerand a persecutorand a violent aggressor.YetI was shown mercybecauseI actedignorantlyin unbelief;
and makestraightpathsfor your feet,sothat [the limb] which is lamemay not be put out of joint,but ratherbe healed.
Therefore,He hadto be made likeHis brethrenin all things,sothat He might becomea mercifuland faithfulhigh priestin things pertainingto God,to make propitiationfor the sinsof the people.
For since He Himselfwas temptedin that whichHe has suffered,He is ableto come to the aidof thosewho are tempted.
For we do not havea high priestwhocannotsympathizewith our weaknesses,but One whohas been temptedin all thingsas [we are, yet] withoutsin.
For the Lawappointsmenas high priestswho are weak,but the wordof the oath,which came afterthe Law,[appoints] a Son,made perfectforever.
but into the second,onlythe high priest[enters] oncea year,not without[taking] blood,whichhe offersfor himselfand for the sinsof the peoplecommitted in ignorance.
My brethren,ifanyamongyou straysfrom the truthand oneturns him back,
For you were continually strayinglikesheep,but nowyou have returnedto the Shepherdand Guardianof your souls.
Yetthey did not listento their judges,for they playedthe harlotafterothergodsand bowedthemselves downto them. They turnedasidequicklyfrom the wayin whichtheir fathershad walkedin obeyingthe commandmentsof the LORD;they didnot doas [their fathers].
