"But as for you, Daniel,concealthese wordsand sealup the bookuntilthe endof time;manywill gobackand forth,and knowledgewill increase."
They will not hurtor destroyin allMy holymountain,For the earthwill be fullof the knowledgeof the LORDAs the waterscoverthe sea.
The entirevisionwill be to you like the wordsof a sealedbook,whichwhen they giveit to the one who is literate,saying,"Pleasereadthis,"he will say,"I cannot,for it is sealed."
The lightof the moonwill be as the lightof the sun,and the lightof the sunwill be seventimes[brighter], like the lightof sevendays,on the daythe LORDbindsup the fractureof His peopleand healsthe bruiseHe has inflicted.
Then the eyesof those who seewill not be blinded,And the earsof those who hearwill listen.
Bindup the testimony,sealthe lawamong my disciples.
"Roamto and frothrough the streetsof Jerusalem,And looknowand takenote.And seekin her opensquares,Ifyou can finda man,Ifthereis one who doesjustice,who seekstruth,Then I will pardonher.
In the thirdyearof Cyruskingof Persiaa messagewas revealedto Daniel,whowas namedBelteshazzar;and the messagewas true and [one of] greatconflict,but he understoodthe messageand had an understandingof the vision.
"Now I have cometo giveyou an understandingof whatwill happento your peoplein the latterdays,for the visionpertains to the daysyet[future]."
"However,I will tellyou what is inscribedin the writingof truth.Yet thereis noonewho standsfirmlywith me againstthese[forces] exceptMichaelyour prince.
"Those who haveinsightamong the peoplewill giveunderstandingto the many;yet they will fallby swordand by flame,by captivityand by plunderfor [many] days.
"At the endtimethe kingof the Southwill collidewith him, and the kingof the Northwill stormagainsthim with chariots,with horsemenand with manyships;and he will entercountries,overflow[them] and passthrough.
"But as for you, go[your way] to the end;then you will enterinto restand rise[again] for your allottedportionat the endof the age."
Then I, Daniel,lookedand behold,twootherswere standing,oneon thisbankof the riverand the otheron that bankof the river.
He said,"Go[your way], Daniel,for [these] wordsare concealedand sealedup untilthe endtime.
So he camenearto whereI was standing,and when he cameI was frightenedand fellon my face;but he saidto me, "Sonof man,understandthat the visionpertains to the timeof the end."
He said,"Behold,I am going to let you knowwhatwill occurat the finalperiodof the indignation,for [it] pertains to the appointedtimeof the end.
"The visionof the eveningsand morningsWhichhas been toldis true;But keepthe visionsecret,For [it] pertains to manydays[in the future]."
"Thisgospelof the kingdomshall be preachedin the wholeworldas a testimonyto allthe nations,and thenthe endwill come.
But I say,surely they have neverheard,have they? Indeedthey have; "THEIR VOICEHAS GONEOUT INTO ALLTHE EARTH,AND THEIR WORDSTO THE ENDSOF THE WORLD."
Whenthe sevenpealsof thunderhad spoken,I was aboutto write;and I hearda voicefrom heavensaying,"Sealup the things whichthe sevenpeals of thunderhave spokenand do not writethem."
And he saidto me, "Do not sealup the wordsof the prophecyof thisbook,for the timeis near.
I sawin the right handof Him who saton the thronea bookwritteninsideand on the back,sealedup with sevenseals.
