Hast thou entered into the storehouses of the snow? Or has thou beheld the treasures of the hail:
And Moses stretched forth his rod towards heaven: and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and lightning running along the ground. And the Lord rained hail upon the land of Egypt.
Are there any among the graven things of the Gentiles that can send rain? Or can the heavens give showers? Art not thou the Lord our God, whom we have looked for? For thou hast made all these things.

For behold he that formeth the mountains and createth the wind, and declareth his word to man, he that maketh the morning mist, and walketh upon the high places of the earth: the Lord the God of hosts is his name.
Ask ye of the Lord rain in the latter season, and the Lord will make snows, and will give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.
