And when he had arrived at a certain place, where he would rest after the setting of the sun, he took some of the stones that lay there, and placing them under his head, he slept in the same place.
I am the God of Bethel, where you anointed the stone and made a vow to me. Now therefore arise, and depart from this land, returning to the land of your nativity.' "
About this time, God said to Jacob, "Arise and go up to Bethel, and live there, and make an altar to God, who appeared to you when you fled from your brother Esau."
In truth, he set up a monument of stone, in the place where God had spoken to him, pouring out libations over it, and pouring oil,
And so, Jacob arrived at Luz, which is in the land of Canaan, also named Bethel: he and all the people with him.

One will be bringing three young goats, and another three loaves of bread, and another will be carrying a bottle of wine.
And he went each year, traveling around to Bethel, and to Gilgal, and to Mizpah, and he judged Israel in the above-stated places.
