But will God in very deed dwell on the earth? behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens can't contain you; how much less this house that I have built!

Churam continued, *Blessed be the LORD, the God of Yisra'el, that made heaven and earth, who has given to David the king a wise son, endowed with discretion and understanding, that should build a house for the LORD, and a house for his kingdom.
Then rose up the heads of fathers' [houses] of Yehudah and Binyamin, and the Kohanim, and the Levites, even all whose spirit God had stirred to go up to build the house of the LORD which is in Yerushalayim.

Thus says the LORD, heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: what manner of house will you build to me? and what place shall be my rest?
Thus shall you say to them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, these shall perish from the earth, and from under the heavens.
