So the Lord rejected all the descendants of Israel, punished them, and handed them over to plunderers until he had banished them from his presence.


Remove impurities from silver, and material will be produced  for a silversmith.  ,


Your silver has become dross to be discarded, your beer  is diluted with water.


I will turn my hand against you and will burn away your dross completely; I will remove all your impurities.

My God will reject them because they have not listened to him; they will become wanderers among the nations.


In one month I got rid of three shepherds. I became impatient with them, and they also detested me.
