Howcan a youngmankeephis waypure?By keeping[it] according to Your word.
"Nowtherefore, O LORD,the Godof Israel,keepwith Your servantDavid,my father,that whichYou have promisedhim, saying,You shall not lacka manto siton the throneof Israel,ifonlyyour sonstakeheedto their way,to walkin My lawas you have walkedbeforeMe.'
Whenthe daysof feastinghad completedtheir cycle,Jobwould sendand consecratethem, risingup earlyin the morningand offeringburntofferings[according to] the numberof them all;for Jobsaid,"Perhapsmy sonshave sinnedand cursedGodin their hearts."ThusJobdidcontinually.
"For You writebitterthingsagainstme And make me to inheritthe iniquitiesof my youth.
Your wordI have treasuredin my heart,That I may not sinagainst You.
As for the deedsof men,by the wordof Your lipsI have keptfrom the pathsof the violent.
Do not rememberthe sinsof my youthor my transgressions;According to Your lovingkindnessrememberme, For Your goodness'sake,O LORD.
Come,you children,listento me; I will teachyou the fearof the LORD.
My son,ifsinnersenticeyou, Do not consent.
To giveprudenceto the naive,To the youthknowledgeand discretion,
Discretionwill guardyou, Understandingwill watchover you,
Hear,[O] sons,the instructionof a father,And giveattentionthat you may gainunderstanding,
And I sawamong the naive,[And] discernedamong the youthsA youngmanlackingsense,
Rejoice,youngman,during your childhood,and let your heartbe pleasantduring the daysof youngmanhood.And followthe impulsesof your heartand the desiresof your eyes.Yet knowthat Godwill bringyou to judgmentfor allthesethings.

Nowfleefrom youthfullustsand pursuerighteousness,faith,love[and] peace,with thosewho callon the Lordfrom a pureheart.
"Onlybe strongand verycourageous;be carefulto doaccording to allthe lawwhichMosesMy servantcommandedyou; do not turnfrom it to the rightor to the left,sothat you may havesuccesswhereveryou go.
