Truthfullipswill be establishedforever,But a lyingtongueis onlyfor a moment.
Excellentspeechis not fittingfor a fool,Muchlessare lyinglipsto a prince.
And why not [say] (as we are slanderously reportedand as someclaimthat we say),"Let us doevilthat goodmay come"? Their condemnationis just.
Do not be deceived,Godis not mocked;for whatevera mansows,thishe will alsoreap.

So Delilahsaidto Samson,"Pleasetellme whereyour greatstrengthis and howyou may be boundto afflictyou."
Then the lordsof the Philistinesbroughtup to her sevenfreshcordsthat had not been dried,and she boundhim with them.
Now she had[men] lyingin waitin an innerroom.And she saidto him, "The Philistinesare upon you, Samson!"But he snappedthe cordsas a stringof towsnapswhen it touchesfire.So his strengthwas not discovered.
So Saulsaidto Michal,"Whyhave you deceivedme likethisand letmy enemygo,so that he has escaped?"And Michalsaidto Saul,"He saidto me, 'Letme go!Whyshould I putyou to death?'"
Now Achishsaid,"Wherehave you madea raidtoday?"And Davidsaid,"Againstthe Negevof Judahand againstthe Negevof the Jerahmeelitesand againstthe Negevof the Kenites."
