So rejoice,O sonsof Zion,And be gladin the LORDyour God;For He has givenyou the earlyrainfor [your] vindication.And He has poureddownfor you the rain,The earlyand latterrainas before.
then hearin heavenand forgivethe sinof Your servantsand of Your peopleIsrael,indeed,teachthem the goodwayin whichthey should walk.And sendrainon Your land,whichYou have givenYour peoplefor an inheritance.
"Ifthereis an angel[as] mediatorfor him, Oneout of a thousand,To reminda manwhatis rightfor him,
"Whetherfor correction,orfor His world,Orfor lovingkindness,He causes it to happen.
Let my meditationbe pleasingto Him; As for me, I shall be gladin the LORD.
Who coversthe heavenswith clouds,Who providesrainfor the earth,Who makes grassto growon the mountains.
Let Israelbe gladin his Maker;Let the sonsof Zionrejoicein their King.
The LORDis my strengthand my shield;My hearttrustsin Him, and I am helped;Therefore my heartexults,And with my songI shall thankHim.
Be gladin the LORDand rejoice,you righteousones;And shoutfor joy,allyou who are uprightin heart.
Passingthrough the valleyof Bacathey makeit a spring;The earlyrainalsocoversit with blessings.
In the lightof a king'sfaceis life,And his favoris like a cloudwith the springrain.
Your earswill heara wordbehindyou, "Thisis the way,walkin it," wheneveryou turnto the rightor to the left.
Then He will give[you] rainfor the seedwhichyou will sowin the ground,and bread[from] the yieldof the ground,and it will be richand plenteous;on that dayyour livestockwill grazein a roomypasture.
"You will winnowthem, and the windwill carrythem away, And the stormwill scatterthem; But you will rejoicein the LORD,You will gloryin the HolyOneof Israel.
I will rejoicegreatlyin the LORD,My soulwill exultin my God;For He has clothedme with garmentsof salvation,He has wrappedme with a robeof righteousness,As a bridegroomdeckshimself with a garland,And as a brideadornsherself with her jewels.
"Therefore the showershave been withheld,And there has beennospringrain.Yet you hada harlot'sforehead;You refusedto be ashamed.
They do not sayin their heart,"Let us nowfearthe LORDour God,Who givesrainin its season,Both the autumnrainand the springrain,Who keepsfor us The appointedweeksof the harvest."
The precioussonsof Zion,Weighedagainst finegold,Howthey are regardedas earthenjars,The workof a potter'shands!
"I will makethem and the placesaroundMy hilla blessing.And I will cause showersto comedownin their season;they will be showersof blessing.
"So let us know,let us presson to knowthe LORD.His goingforthis as certainas the dawn;And He will cometo us like the rain,Like the springrainwateringthe earth."
then I shall giveyou rainsin their season,so that the landwill yieldits produceand the treesof the fieldwill beartheir fruit.
"Furthermore,I withheldthe rainfrom you While [there were] stillthreemonthsuntil harvest.Then I would sendrainon onecityAnd on anothercityI would not sendrain;Onepartwould be rainedon, While the partnot rainedon would dryup.
Askrainfrom the LORDat the timeof the springrain--The LORDwho makesthe stormclouds;And He will givethem showersof rain,vegetationin the fieldto [each] man.
"Ephraimwill be like a mightyman,And their heartwill be gladas if[from] wine;Indeed, their childrenwill see[it] and be glad,Their heartwill rejoicein the LORD.
For I will bendJudahas My bow,I will fillthe bowwith Ephraim.And I will stirup your sons,O Zion,againstyour sons,O Greece;And I will makeyou like a warrior'ssword.
Rejoicegreatly,O daughterof Zion!Shout[in triumph], O daughterof Jerusalem!Behold,your kingis comingto you; He is justand endowedwith salvation,Humble,and mountedon a donkey,Even on a colt,the foalof a donkey.
and yetHe did not leaveHimselfwithout witness,in that He did goodand gaveyou rainsfrom heavenand fruitfulseasons,satisfyingyour heartswith foodand gladness."
that He will givethe rainfor your landin its season,the earlyand laterain,that you may gatherin your grainand your newwineand your oil.
"The LORDwill openfor you His goodstorehouse,the heavens,to giverainto your landin its seasonand to blessallthe workof your hand;and you shall lendto manynations,but you shall not borrow.
"Let my teachingdropas the rain,My speechdistillas the dew,As the dropletson the freshgrassAnd as the showerson the herb.
Finally,my brethren,rejoicein the Lord.To writethe same things[again] is notroubleto me, and it is a safeguardfor you.
for we are the [true] circumcision,who worshipin the Spiritof Godand gloryin ChristJesusand putnoconfidencein the flesh,
Rejoicein the Lordalways;againI will say,rejoice!
