"You shall makeholygarmentsfor Aaronyour brother,for gloryand for beauty.
"Adornyourselfwith eminenceand dignity,And clotheyourselfwith honorand majesty.
"Her priestsalso I will clothewith salvation,And her godlyoneswill singaloudfor joy.
Let Your priestsbe clothedwith righteousness,And let Your godlyonessingfor joy.
For the LORDtakespleasurein His people;He will beautifythe afflictedoneswith salvation.
Splendorand majestyare beforeHim, Strengthand beautyare in His sanctuary.
"For Aaron'ssonsyou shall maketunics;you shall also makesashesfor them, and you shall makecapsfor them, for gloryand for beauty.
"It shall be for Aaronand his sonsas [their] portionforeverfrom the sonsof Israel,for it is a heaveoffering;and it shall be a heaveofferingfrom the sonsof Israelfrom the sacrificesof their peaceofferings,[even] their heaveofferingto the LORD.
the wovengarmentsas well, and the holygarmentsfor Aaronthe priest,and the garmentsof his sons,[with which] to carryon their priesthood;
"You shall putthe holygarmentson Aaronand anointhim and consecratehim, that he may ministeras a priestto Me.
In that daythe Branchof the LORDwill be beautifuland glorious,and the fruitof the earth[will be] the prideand the adornmentof the survivorsof Israel.
Awake,awake,Clotheyourselfin your strength,O Zion;Clotheyourselfin your beautifulgarments,O Jerusalem,the holycity;For the uncircumcisedand the uncleanWill nolongercomeinto you.
I will rejoicegreatlyin the LORD,My soulwill exultin my God;For He has clothedme with garmentsof salvation,He has wrappedme with a robeof righteousness,As a bridegroomdeckshimself with a garland,And as a brideadornsherself with her jewels.
To grantthose who mourn[in] Zion,Givingthem a garlandinsteadof ashes,The oilof gladnessinsteadof mourning,The mantleof praiseinsteadof a spiritof fainting.So they will be calledoaksof righteousness,The plantingof the LORD,that He may be glorified.
For allof us have becomelike one who is unclean,And allour righteousdeedsare like a filthygarment;And allof us witherlike a leaf,And our iniquities,like the wind,takeus away.
So Mosestooksomeof the anointingoiland someof the bloodwhichwas on the altarand sprinkledit on Aaron,on his garments,on his sons,and on the garmentsof his sonswith him; and he consecratedAaron,his garments,and his sons,and the garmentsof his sonswith him.
And the Wordbecameflesh,and dweltamongus, and we sawHis glory,gloryas of the only begottenfrom the Father,fullof graceand truth.
But puton the LordJesusChrist,and makenoprovisionfor the fleshin regardto [its] lusts.
even[the] righteousnessof Godthroughfaithin JesusChristfor allthosewho believe;for there is nodistinction;
For all of you whowere baptizedinto Christhave clothedyourselves with Christ.
But we do seeHim who was madefor a little whilelowerthanthe angels,[namely], Jesus,becauseof the sufferingof deathcrownedwith gloryand honor,sothat by the graceof GodHe might tastedeathfor everyone.
For it was fittingfor us to have sucha high priest,holy,innocent,undefiled,separatedfrom sinnersand exaltedabove the heavens;
For when He receivedhonorand gloryfrom Godthe Father,suchan utteranceas this was madeto Him by the MajesticGlory,"Thisis My belovedSonwith whomI am well-pleased"--
Beloved,nowwe are childrenof God,and it has not appearedas yetwhatwe will be. We knowthat whenHe appears,we will be likeHim, becausewe will seeHim justas He is.
It was givento her to clotheherself in finelinen,bright[and] clean;for the fine linenis the righteous actsof the saints.
"You have madethem [to be] a kingdomand prieststo our God;and they will reignupon the earth."
