I sawthe Lordstandingbesidethe altar,and He said,"Smitethe capitalsso that the thresholdswill shake,And breakthem on the headsof them all!Then I will slaythe restof them with the sword;They will not have a fugitivewho will flee,Or a refugeewho will escape.
Micaiah said,"Therefore,hearthe wordof the LORD.I sawthe LORDsittingon His throne,and allthe hostof heavenstandingon His rightand on His left.
SurelyGodwill shatterthe headof His enemies,The hairycrownof him who goeson in his guiltydeeds.
The Lordsaid,"I will bring[them] backfrom Bashan.I will bring[them] backfrom the depthsof the sea;
And you said,"No,for we will fleeon horses,"Thereforeyou shall flee!"And we will rideon swift[horses]," Thereforethose who pursueyou shall be swift.
In the yearof KingUzziah'sdeathI sawthe Lordsittingon a throne,loftyand exalted,with the trainof His robefillingthe temple.
Thereforethussaysthe LORD,"BeholdI am bringingdisasteron them whichthey will not be ableto escape;though they will cryto Me, yet I will not listento them.
then the sword,whichyou are afraidof, will overtakeyou therein the landof Egypt;and the famine,about whichyou are anxious,will followcloselyafteryou there[in] Egypt,and you will diethere.
"The one who fleesfrom the terrorWill fallinto the pit,And the one who climbsup out of the pitWill be caughtin the snare;For I shall bringupon her, [even] upon Moab,The yearof their punishment,"declaresthe LORD.
As the appearanceof the rainbowin the cloudson a rainyday,so[was] the appearanceof the surroundingradiance.Such[was] the appearanceof the likenessof the gloryof the LORD.And when I saw[it], I fellon my faceand hearda voicespeaking.
Then the gloryof the LORDwentup from the cherubto the thresholdof the temple,and the templewas filledwith the cloudand the courtwas filledwith the brightnessof the gloryof the LORD.
and I setMy faceagainst them. [Though] they have comeout of the fire,yet the firewill consumethem. Then you will knowthat I am the LORD,whenI setMy faceagainst them.
Behold,sixmencamefrom the directionof the uppergatewhichfacesnorth,eachwith his shatteringweaponin his hand;and amongthem was a certainmanclothedin linenwith a writingcaseat his loins.And they wentin and stoodbesidethe bronzealtar.
"For on the daythat I punishIsrael'stransgressions,I will also punishthe altarsof Bethel;The hornsof the altarwill be cutoffAnd they will fallto the ground.
"Therefore,thussaysthe LORD,Your wifewill becomea harlotin the city,your sonsand your daughterswill fallby the sword,your landwill be parceledup by a [measuring] lineand you yourselfwill dieupon uncleansoil.Moreover, Israelwill certainlygofrom its landinto exile.'"
"The highplacesof Isaacwill be desolatedAnd the sanctuariesof Israellaidwaste.Then I will riseup againstthe houseof Jeroboamwith the sword."
You wentforthfor the salvationof Your people,For the salvationof Your anointed.You struckthe headof the houseof the evilTo layhim openfrom thighto neck.Selah.
"It will comeabout at that timeThat I will searchJerusalemwith lamps,And I will punishthe menWho are stagnantin spirit,Who sayin their hearts,'The LORDwill not dogoodor evil!'
Flockswill liedownin her midst,Allbeastswhich range in herds;Boththe pelicanand the hedgehogWill lodgein the topsof her pillars;Birdswill singin the window,Desolation[will be] on the threshold;For He has laidbarethe cedarwork.
No onehas seenGodat any time;the only begottenGodwho is in the bosomof the Father,He has explained[Him].
Johntestifiedsaying,"I have seenthe Spiritdescendingas a doveout of heaven,and He remainedupon Him.
at midday,O King,I sawon the waya lightfrom heaven,brighterthanthe sun,shining all aroundme and thosewho were journeyingwith me.
Joshuasaid,"Rolllargestonesagainstthe mouthof the cave,and assignmenby it to guardthem,
WhenI sawHim, I fellat His feetlikea dead man.And He placedHis right handon me, saying,"Do not be afraid;I amthe firstand the last,
Anotherangelcameand stoodat the altar,holdinga goldencenser;and muchincensewas givento him, sothat he might addit to the prayersof allthe saintson the goldenaltarwhich was beforethe throne.
