the foodof his table,the seatingof his servants,the attendanceof his waitersand their attire,his cupbearers,and his stairwayby whichhe wentup to the houseof the LORD,there was nomorespiritin her.
Now Solomonruledover allthe kingdomsfrom the River[to] the landof the Philistinesand to the borderof Egypt;[they] broughttributeand servedSolomonallthe daysof his life.
tenfatoxen,twentypasture-fedoxen,a hundredsheepbesidesdeer,gazelles,roebucks,and fattenedfowl.
Solomonthen gaveHiram20000korsof wheatas foodfor his household,and twentykorsof beatenoil;thusSolomonwould giveHiramyearby year.

Now that whichwas preparedfor each daywas oneox[and] sixchoicesheep,also birdswere preparedfor me; and oncein tendaysallsorts of wine[were furnished] in abundance.Yet for all thisI did not demandthe governor'sfood[allowance], becausethe servitudewas heavyon thispeople.
And by knowledgethe roomsare filledWith allpreciousand pleasantriches.
When goodthingsincrease,those who consumethem increase.So whatis the advantageto their ownersexceptto lookon?
The kingappointedfor them a dailyrationfrom the king'schoicefoodand from the winewhichhe drank,and [appointed] that they should be educatedthreeyears,at the endof which they were to enterthe king'spersonalservice.
"He will appointfor himself commandersof thousandsand of fifties,and [some] to dohis plowingand to reaphis harvestand to makehis weaponsof warand equipmentfor his chariots.
