Ifany mandestroysthe templeof God,Godwill destroyhim, for the templeof Godis holy,and that is whatyou are.
"Thisis the lawof the house:its entireareaon the topof the mountainallaround[shall be] mostholy.Behold,thisis the lawof the house.
I will also turnMy facefrom them, and they will profaneMy secretplace;then robberswill enterand profaneit.
Soas I live,'declaresthe LordGOD,'surely,becauseyou have defiledMy sanctuarywith allyour detestableidolsand with allyour abominations,therefore I will alsowithdraw,and My eyewill havenopityand I will not spare.
But the manwhois uncleanand does not purifyhimself from uncleanness,that personshall be cutofffrom the midstof the assembly,becausehe has defiledthe sanctuaryof the LORD;the waterfor impurityhas not been sprinkledon him, he is unclean.
O God,the nationshave invadedYour inheritance;They have defiledYour holytemple;They have laidJerusalemin ruins.
I will also setMy faceagainst that manand will cuthim offfrom amonghis people,becausehe has givensomeof his offspringto Molech,soas to defileMy sanctuaryand to profaneMy holyname.
Our holyand beautifulhouse,Whereour fatherspraisedYou, Has beenburned[by] fire;And allour preciousthingshave becomea ruin.
"Thus you shall keepthe sonsof Israelseparatedfrom their uncleanness,sothat they will not diein their uncleannessby their defilingMy tabernaclethat is amongthem."
Then He said,"Do not comenearhere;removeyour sandalsfrom your feet,for the placeon whichyou are standingis holyground."
He was afraidand said,"Howawesomeis thisplace!Thisis noneotherthanthe houseof God,and thisis the gateof heaven."
Exaltthe LORDour GodAnd worshipat His holyhill,For holyis the LORDour God.
Your testimoniesare fullyconfirmed;HolinessbefitsYour house,O LORD,forevermore.
"Moreover,in my delightin the houseof my God,the treasureI haveof goldand silver,I giveto the houseof my God,overand aboveallthat I have already providedfor the holytemple,
Her prophetsare reckless,treacherousmen;Her priestshave profanedthe sanctuary.They have doneviolenceto the law.
TurnYour footstepstoward the perpetualruins;The enemyhas damagedeverythingwithin the sanctuary.
Do you not knowthat you are a templeof Godand [that] the Spiritof Goddwellsin you?
Let no mandeceivehimself.Ifany manamongyou thinksthat he is wisein thisage,he must becomefoolish,sothat he may becomewise.
