And he saw in a dream God saying to him: Take heed thou speak not any thing harshly against Jacob.


And he said to Jacob: Why hast thou done thus, to carry away, without my knowledge, my daughters, as captives taken with the sword?


And he passed over to Salem, a city of the Sichemites, which is in the land of Chanaan, after he returned from Mesopotamia of Syria: and he dwelt by the town.


By faith he abode in the land, dwelling in cottages, with Isaac and Jacob, the co-heirs of the same promise.
