But the husbandmen seeing the son, said among themselves: This is the heir: come, let us kill him, and we shall have his inheritance.
When therefore the lord of the vineyard shall come, what will he do to those husbandmen?
And Jesus said to him: Friend, whereto art thou come? Then they came up, and laid hands on Jesus, and held him.
But they holding Jesus led him to Caiphas the high priest, where the scribes and the ancients were assembled.
Then the band and the tribune, and the servants of the Jews, took Jesus, and bound him:
This same being delivered up, by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, you by the hands of wicked men have crucified and slain.
Be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God hath raised from the dead, even by him this man standeth here before you whole.
The God of our fathers hath raised up Jesus, whom you put to death, hanging him upon a tree.
