It happened, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God remembered Avraham, and sent Lot out of the middle of the overthrow, when he overthrew the cities in which Lot lived.


Avraham prayed to God. God healed Avimelekh, and his wife, and his female servants, and they bore children.


Now therefore, restore the man's wife. For he is a prophet, and he will pray for you, and you will live. If you don't restore her, know for sure that you will die, you, and all who are yours.*


He said, *Your name will no longer be called Ya`akov, but Yisra'el; for you have fought with God and with men, and have prevailed.*


He said to the king, Don't let my lord impute iniquity to me, neither do you remember that which your servant did perversely the day that my lord the king went out of Yerushalayim, that the king should take it to his heart.


The king answered the man of God, Entreat now the favor of the LORD your God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again. The man of God entreated the LORD, and the king's hand was restored him again, and became as it was before.


The LORD listened to Chizkiyahu, and healed the people.
