Man’s life is like a flower. He grows quickly, and then dies away. Man’s life is like a shadow that is here for a short time, and then it is gone.


God hits me from every side\par until I am finished.\par He takes away my hope\par like a tree pulled up by the roots.\par


I feel like my life is over,\par like long shadows at the end of a day.\par I feel like a bug someone brushed away.\par


A person’s life is like a puff of air.\par A person’s life is like a passing shadow.\par


Who knows what is best for a person during his short life on earth? His life passes like a shadow. No one can tell him what will happen later.
