He decided how much each servant would be able to care for. The man gave one servant five bags of money. {\cf2\super [387]} He gave another servant two bags of money. And he gave a third servant one bag of money. Then that man left.


God sent him (Jesus). And he tells the things that God says. God gives \{him\} the Spirit {\cf2\super [56]} fully.


God has given me a special gift. That is why I have something to say to every person among you. Don’t think that you are better than you really are. You must see yourself like you really are. Decide what you are by the kind of faith God has given you.


We are workers together with God. So we beg you: Don’t let the grace (kindness) that you received from God be for nothing.


Surely you know that God gave me this work through his grace (kindness). God gave me this work to help you.


I am the least important of all of God’s people. But God gave me this gift—to tell the non-Jewish people the Good News about the riches Christ has. Those riches are too great to understand fully.


God also proved it by using wonders, great signs, and many kinds of miracles. {\cf2\super [7]} And he proved it by giving people gifts through the Holy Spirit. {\cf2\super [8]} He gave those gifts the way he wanted.


Each of you received a spiritual gift \{from God\}. God has shown you his grace (kindness) in many different ways. And you are like servants who are responsible for using God’s gifts. So be good servants and use your gifts to serve each other.
