She went and told the man of God, and he said, ‘Go and sell the oil and pay your debt; you and your sons can live on the rest.’
After seriously considering the matter, I accused the nobles and officials, saying to them, ‘Each of you is charging his countrymen interest.’ So I called a large assembly against them
Whoever increases his wealth through excessive interest collects it for one who is kind to the poor.
