One who is good obtains favour from the Lord, but he condemns a person who schemes.
A good man leaves an inheritance to his grandchildren, but the sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.
The disloyal one will get what his conduct deserves, and a good one, what his deeds deserve.
A good person produces good things from his storeroom of good, and an evil person produces evil things from his storeroom of evil.
‘Why do you ask me about what is good? ’ he said to him. ‘There is only one who is good. If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.’
