O God,the nationshave invadedYour inheritance;They have defiledYour holytemple;They have laidJerusalemin ruins.
InclineYour ear,O LORD,[and] answerme; For I am afflictedand needy.
Lord,You have beenour dwellingplacein allgenerations.
For you have madethe LORD,my refuge,[Even] the MostHigh,your dwellingplace.
But the LORDhas beenmy stronghold,And my Godthe rockof my refuge.
Inclineyour earand hearthe wordsof the wise,And applyyour mindto my knowledge;
He will dwellon the heights,His refugewill be the impregnablerock;His breadwill be given[him], His waterwill be sure.
