Whenanyonetouchesanythingunclean,whether humanuncleanness,oran uncleananimal,oranyuncleandetestablething,and eatsof the fleshof the sacrificeof peaceofferingswhichbelong to the LORD,that personshall be cutofffrom his people.'"
"But an uncircumcisedmalewhois not circumcisedin the fleshof his foreskin,that personshall be cutofffrom his people;he has brokenMy covenant."
Sevendaysyou shall eatunleavenedbread,but on the firstdayyou shall removeleavenfrom your houses;for whoevereatsanything leavenedfrom the firstdayuntilthe seventhday,that personshall be cutofffrom Israel.
Sevendaysthere shall be noleavenfoundin your houses;for whoevereatswhatis leavened,that personshall be cutofffrom the congregationof Israel,whether [he is] an alienor a nativeof the land.
"Thereforesayto them, 'Thussaysthe LordGOD,"You eat[meat] with the blood[in it], liftup your eyesto your idolsas you shedblood.Should you then possessthe land?
But I said,"Ah,LordGOD!Behold,I have neverbeendefiled;for from my youthuntilnowI have nevereatenwhatdiedof itself or was tornby beasts,norhas any uncleanmeatever enteredmy mouth."
Allthe wingedinsectsthat walkon [all] foursare detestableto you.
Then the LORDspoketo Moses,saying,
And anymanfrom the houseof Israel,or from the alienswho sojournamongthem, whoeatsanyblood,I will setMy faceagainst that personwho eatsbloodand will cuthim offfrom amonghis people.
"For [as for the] lifeof allflesh,its bloodis [identified] with its life.Therefore I saidto the sonsof Israel,'You are not to eatthe bloodof anyflesh,for the lifeof allfleshis its blood;whoevereatsit shall be cutoff.'
For whoeverdoesanyof theseabominations,those personswho do[so] shall be cutofffrom amongtheir people.
Everyone who eatsit will bearhis iniquity,for he has profanedthe holythingof the LORD;and that personshall be cutofffrom his people.
I will also setMy faceagainst that manand will cuthim offfrom amonghis people,becausehe has givensomeof his offspringto Molech,soas to defileMy sanctuaryand to profaneMy holyname.
"Sayto them, 'If anymanamongallyour descendantsthroughout your generationsapproachesthe holy[gifts] whichthe sonsof Israeldedicateto the LORD,while he has an uncleanness,that personshall be cutofffrom beforeMe; I am the LORD.
Nomanof the descendantsof Aaron,whois a leperorwho has a discharge,may eatof the holy[gifts] untilhe is clean.And if one touchesanythingmade uncleanby a corpseorif a manhasa seminalemission,
"Ifthere is anypersonwhowill not humblehimself on thissameday,he shall be cutofffrom his people.
But the personwhoeatsthe fleshof the sacrificeof peaceofferingswhichbelong to the LORD,in his uncleanness,that personshall be cutofffrom his people.
For whoevereatsthe fatof the animalfrom whichan offeringby fireis offeredto the LORD,even the personwho eatsshall be cutofffrom his people.
Anypersonwhoeatsanyblood,even that personshall be cutofffrom his people.'"
Furthermore, anythingthat the unclean[person] touchesshall be unclean;and the personwho touches[it] shall be uncleanuntilevening.'"
but anythingthat does not havefinsand scalesyou shall not eat;it is uncleanfor you.
"You shall not eatanydetestablething.
Nevertheless Sauldid not speakanythingthat day,for he thought,"It is an accident,he is not clean,surely[he is] not clean."
